TNR - the initials stand for Trap, Neuter and Return.  The most humane and
effective way to deal with feral cats.  It is easy to do and there are many
written instructions and support groups to help you.  Before you start, be
sure you have a spay/neuter appointment, as you cannot keep feral cats in a trap
for very long.
